Shipping policy
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur. Delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing and local postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. The buyer is responsible for any import taxes associated with the order.
Due to global conflict and restrictions, we are unable to ship to some international destinations. Please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Once a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status and contacting the courier promptly in the event of any delivery issue. We are unable to file claims or offer replacements/refunds for delivery issues reported outside of the courier’s claim period.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that are returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment. The original shipping charge will not be refunded once the order has been shipped out.
We may modify the shipping method if a coupon code was used to alter the shipping price.
For damaged / incorrect item received, please send us a message along with the order number, photo of packaging, and damaged items. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Processing Times :
Orders for items that are in stock are typically processed within 2 business days. Some items may require assembly after the order has been placed, such as turbochargers. These typically ships out between 3-4 business days.
If your order is delayed longer, we may be waiting for some parts that are on backorder or waiting to be manufactured. Please send us a message to inquire about the status of your order so we can monitor it and give you our best estimate when it can be shipped out.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Cancellation Policy :
A cancellation request sent after an order is placed is a request, not an automatic cancellation. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled. Orders may be processed, packed, or shipped shortly after being placed. The return is considered a buyer's-remorse return rather than a seller mistake.
If a cancellation request is received after an order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. The order will be subject to our standard return policy.
Customers who choose to return an order that could not be canceled before shipment are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
